Can't get Korg'ii hold quest to proc

I saved Ula, have translated Korg'onne language, befriended and sexed several individuals in the hold, saw the Milodan sex ritual, used all of Ula's talk options, but still the quest won't start. What am I missing?

Is Ula pregnant?
Have you left and re-entered the Hold recently?

If Steele meets the conditions below when entering the hold, the guards will inform Steele Ula wishes to speak to them.

• Steele's level is 9 or more
• Korgonne translation progress is at 60 percent or more
• Ula is not visibly pregnant (Not pregnant, or less than 30 days pregnant)

Note: While not necessary per se, this quest is best experienced if you have met and befriended all the Korgonne in the hold.

I'm level 10, and Ula is not pregnant. I checked with TiTSEd.

Okay, not sure what's going on with TiTSEd, but I checked the character image and it does show Ula as pregnant, so I guess that's the hold up.
