I looked everywhere in the forum, carefully read the patch of her release and subsequent ones, i cant seem to trigger the first encounter with Venus, i thought i needed to interact with the venus pitchers and my character has given birth to a football team of venus pitchers at this point still not Venus.. What am i missing? How do i trigger the encounter

It's random, encountering the special one.
You'll know you found her when an Estrobloom goes flying past Steele. From there, you can choose to keep the Estrobloom, ignore it, or investigate.
She is different from normal venus pitcher encounters though, and it sounds like those are the ones you have been getting.
