Unless I'm going crazy, it should be in the appearance menu under accessories but the option is grey out. I don't see anyone else mentioning it so I'm not sure if it's a bug or if it got moved somewhere else.
I think it is a bug. There was an issue with Laquine Ears, which also use the Accessories sub-menu. lowercase_donkey's fix may or may not address this issue. Hopefully, it will be in the next update.
