I wanna buy the new(ish) ship upgrades but to do that I need to talk to Rummi, but to do that I need to find Gayll and I can't find ANYTHING about her. I've been wandering Phaedra for AGES. Help!
Ahhhh, I see what happened now. It was an issue on my end where the game was only partially updated so she wasn't showing up but the shop was. I've got her now. Thanks!
I don't think a 'partial update' is possible, strictly speaking. It's not uncommon for Backer map markers/spaces to be visible in the public build before the content is actually public.
