Cannot get taint back to 0%

once you get at least 1% of taint. its lowers only back to 1%,
and will not go back to zero.

Flash version can go back to 0%.

Confirmed, happens to me too.

Seems to still be present in [0.69.420 -PUBLIC#1388], the accumulated taint amount won't drop below 1.0 no matter how many days pass.
