Can you remove nipple tags?

One of my PCs has the inverted nipple tag, I think just because they're a wyld elf, and I would like to remove it. According to the wiki all the TF items only focus on color, is it possible to remove this tag without save editing?

You can have your character eat with Wild Melon alchemically refined Tan Eggs and chances are high that its nipples won't be inverted anymore.
