Can you increase hip size without increasing butt size?

I want to give my character medium to wide hips without increasing the size of his butt. Is this possible?

Sorry, I misread that as reduce your Hip Rating somehow. Any item that increases multiple attributes will do so randomly, so save-scum until you get the increase to Hips only and not Butt.
