Can you employ Kase in SteeleTech after buying his contract yourself?

I messed up a little bit in my current playthrough and forgot you need Anno in your crew when recruiting Kase to get him into SteeleTech. So I just ended up buying his contract myself, but I ultimately want him as a SteeleTech employee. Is there any way to do it at this point? Be it in-game, through Cheat Menu, manually save editing the Export data or with the TiTsEdJS? Or do I have to start over or search for an earlier save?

Also I should mention I haven't meet Anno on this playthrough so idk if the option is already there. Wiki certainly doesn't mention it.

Looking at the GitHub, I didn't see any flags for his employment, just his outfit.

KASE_OUTFIT - 0 for Pyrite outfit, 1 for SteeleTech outfit.

Could it be this one flag also changes his "Work" dialogue?

Yes, but you still need Anno on your crew. For some reason, this still works even if Anno herself is no longer a Steele Tech employee.

Looking at the GitHub, I didn't see any flags for his employment

flags["KASE_STEELETECH"]; it's right there in his crew menu (/includes/follower/kase.as).
