I have seen the term in some threads but I can't find it neither on the wiki nor in-game so I don't know what it does, what class it is available for or how to get it.

Level 9 warrior perk. Allows you to wield 2 handed weapons in 1 hand. Also allows you to dual wield non light 1 handed weapons
