Can I remove only knot from my characters cock?

Sorry if this is a silly question I never used tf before. I turned my character to frostscale salamander but knots not my thing is there any way to only remove knot from it without changing its other features like color etc?

I think before it changes it to another type it removes the knot. So yes. Keep a save ready tho, just in case it doesn’t work that way or you need to save scum to get that particular outcome.
