Can’t get back into Crash Landing

Like the title says, cant get access back into crash landing. Had no problems on first save, and got to do everything, but my last 2 runs I have lost access to crash landing after my initial interractions at the bar. Just talked to everyone and arm wrestled. I'm sitting right on the square letting time go by, but nothing!
No save edits or anything.
If I'm missing something obvious please let me know! Thanks!

When was your first save? Are you using the dedicated Stairs button (E)? Are you on mobile?

Also, do you have a save file people could use to look at the problem directly, rather than trying to guess at possible problems with a multi-hour delay back-and-forth?
