How long does Calise take to recover after the Ring of Fate quest? Over 100 in-game days have passed since I completed the quest in one of my saves, and she is still not healed.

Unless you're a backer her convalescence isn't implemented yet. If you are, it's one week from your current save so as to not have everybody who already did the quest miss all of it.
