Ryn out of all those choices.. I'm not really a fan of Cait, too much of a whore. Brienne I would prefer as dominant, kinda weird being alot shorter than her and she's submissive as hell. Which Orc are you talking about, if Arona.. I like her less than Cait.. Futas are my fav gender in adult games but Arona is too cruel and not a good domme.
For me, Ryn without a doubt. I adore her interactions, especially with high confidence, her design is adorable to me and I can't wait to free her. Honestly the writing in this game is very very good. Even if a character isn't my personal kink sexually speaking (Futa, Herm, shemales, etc.) I have to say I like many of the characters as characters. Even some npc's that we just see through random events I like and wish they could be recruited or have more options to regularly interact with them. With the level at which the mc can change through corruption and items. I wish the npc's could be alterred to fit our kinks more. It is after all a single player game.
This being a single-player game has absolutely nothing to do with why it's not going to happen; The fact that altering NPCs beyond a few pre-planned variables is far more effort than it's worth (when it's not straight-up undesired) is a limiting factor that you apparently have not considered. See this topic for some discussion on the matter. You also might find this post on how much time and effort variability represents to be of some relevance (and some later discussion on why the characters being characters means willy-nilly alterations aren't happening), or this post by B graphically illustrating just how much work goes into variations, from the one writer who's truly gone mad with Parser Power.
I get things won't change. I still am really liking this game. and want to give the creators major props for their work. I will still enjoy a character for good writing even if they don't fit my kink. No need to be upset or anything.

That was on purpose I genuinely don't like her but I do love and appreciate the work that went into her content. I do have a character for her but I don't really pursue anything right now because I'm awaiting a bit more content in general. Like main quest or something closer.

You have to spar her one on one at least three times I think. I'm not sure but they may have removed the way of doing it by cuddlefucks.

Beating her at sparring without sexing her immediately afterwards will increase her affection, as will cuddlefucking. Attacking her without provocation will reduce her affection. Getting her affection high or low enough is required to unlock her recruitment quest.
As for the question at hand, Etheryn > Cait > Brienne >> Arona.
Wsan has said that there are Reasons that the armor works the way it does, which we'll eventually discover in the course of the Khor'minos portion of the story.
It is indeed, but as the post-Cat Call content makes clear she does think of the Champ as someone special to her. There have been hints that this might develop further in future content.
FYI, pretty much all sex content that was written after Ryn's inclusion into the game ignores the whole anal training mechanic she started out with, since the devs decided that wasn't worth supporting. She does increase in her capacity (up to one size below the largest thing she's taken) so drop an inch off your Champ's penis after doing the Monstrously option a couple times and you should be able to access those other scenes again.

Honestly I hope Cait stays true to her religion and doesn't settle down with us even in the end. I like that she's essentially playing the same game as we are
By implication, the choice of whether or not to build Catte Temple will influence whether Cait embraces rampant turbosluttery or maybe is open to doing literally anything else with her life once all the dust has settled.
I found the cait love story angle kinda weird and the like anal virginity thing a bit cringey. Personally I dont really care for cait, always felt kinda like "Oh you thought this was a classic white mage love interest, well shes actually a prostitute" was off putting, esepcially with the "get with it, its never changing" lecture she gives you beforehand. Cut to her later on hinting at the player shes in love with them being thematically jarring when there are random town events where she walks out of a alley dripping cum.
And a lot of the stuff around her relgion, specifically the womb rental and how the kids are raised skeeves me out.
Her having a romance path will probably never be for me since prostitution is a bridge too far for a relationship with me, compared to even a regular open relationship. And just to state this I have no problems with sex work or workers Im talking about romantic relationships and dynamics in the game.
So my tiering would probably be Kiyoko=Brinenne>=ethryn>Azzy=subarona>cait>dom Arona.
I cant grade Atugia because she has so little content and I dont really get her character
