I encountered her once during the early part of my play through and havent seen her since. I checked the Foothills, Harvest valley, and the Old Forest and she doesnt appear. im like 400 days in and still havent found her.

She appears exclusively in the southern, red area of the Foothills, until you fight (beat?) her. Then she can appear in either any Foothills tile, the Old Forest, or Harvest Valley (I've only been able to find her in the northernmost region) where you can penetrate her (no lesbian scenes for youuuuu) or have a region-specific talk scene. After you've had one of these encounters, she goes back to the southern Foothills until you beat her again.
Yea I fought and beat her once, I dont remember ever seeing her again but by now Ive spent enough time running around in those areas i would have seen her again naturally but I havent. I even dedicated a few days to searching for her through the Explore button and she hasnt appeared at all
