No it's the one from Tarah wich is called Basil in the wiki, as all babies get an ingame pre-suggested name wich you can write over it and Tarah's one is just an blank one without any pre-suggestion.

Oh fuck, I confused Ahmri's Aster for Tarah's Basil. Checking on this.

Ah, the name Basil is placed in the pre-suggestion only if you talked to her about Baby Names, otherwise its left blank. So working as intended this one.
