So after taking Siegwulfe to Dr. Badger and having the dom event play she no longer seems to become a selectable crew memeber she is still with the character while walking around but not able to be interacted with in any other way. This includes either buying the bimbo version from Dr Badger then having the event happen or getting the regular version from Uveto. I have tried resting, flying to new locations, waiting several days, nothing seems to put Siegwulf in the crew area. I did have infinte crew cheat active as well if that might effect it.

She's in your inventory. When on the ship, select her and press the interact button. Choose "Stay" and she'll be added to the crew.
