Bug when ever I open storage

Been happening for ages and has now become a proper issue as I can't get an item I need out of storage. I've never edited my save either, since I don't I also have this "buff" that's just a "?" and has no tooltip, I'll attach a screenshot to this post of it. Both of these bugs have happened ever since I've changed to the newer version of the game. All I've done is open the storage in the ship and the bug report popped up as follows:

1. Bug reports are most likely to get seen when posted in the Bug Report forum.
2. It would probably help if you uploaded your save, too. (Use the 'Save To File' function.)
