So, with the 'Nuki Cookies, we got ailments for having testicles of according sizes. Would it hard to implement various statuses aligned with how large your bust was? Especially with how milk acts as psuedo growth, just like Cum with 'nuki nuts does?

You have a max weight capacity before you become immobilized.
Things that contribute to your weight: pregnancy, lactation, cum production, etc.

Weight is based on thickness, tallness, lower body type, endowments size, body liquids deposits. Affected by Hollow Bones perk.
Strength is based on tone (basically which part of your weight is muscles) and physique. Affected by alcohol.
While the game already displays your "max capacity" your current weight atm still has no influence on your mobility (Best guess is there are no events written yet for these kinds of immobility)
And there is high chance that weight if below max capacity will in no way affect PC. Not even have idea what is gain from knowing that out PC can carry atm around few tones of weight... maybe something to stop some people from running with oversized balls/breasts that should normaly immobilize them ^^

That was me. I added it primarily because the testicle size for immobilization didn't correlate with the character's height, but once I went into that territory, the feature kind of avalanched into accounting for various weights, body types and other anatomy. The only written lines are for the testicles, but the system is set up to account for other parts as well--they just need defined size limits and text blurbs (and possible bad ends) to be able to perform similar to the testicles.
For those not into immobilization or want to run around with hyper-sized attributes, I'm sure that can be a thing that can be toggled on and off in the menu or as an in-game lore-friendly implant/mod/item (such as the pink hoverboard).
Suspension of disbelief can only go so far, is how I approach it. If you lack the physical strength to carry your bust, you're kinda fucked.
For OP's suggestion, maybe just have the same 25% lust increase for tits that are overfilling, as for balls overfilling?

Well afaik having too much cum already adding blue balls effect that is getting more lust dmg in combat. Would it also fit for milky tits...dunno.
Ohh ok Jac00 I'm not unhapy it was added. Just lil confused how with Fen been into hyper stuff it was made, as it kinda implying that too heavy PC body isn't good and having hyper body parts are sure ticket to be classified as too heavy.
