Thought it would be kind of cool if if you are unable to milk your breasts as they have ballooned, swollen with milk, maybe as a consequence new breasts would grow and develop. If you're not careful you could have four or even six breasts, three pairs of tits. Then if you still can't manage them, there just constantly lactating without stop.

2. Neglecting milking is set up to reduce lactation by default.
3. It's already possible to get 5 rows of breasts (10 if Naga).
