Doesn't seem like they share the same cd. Only ep 2 continues to pop up after finishing ep 1 and/or 2.

Hopefully fixed for the next release.

They do indeed share the same cooldown status effect, but there wasn't a logic to handle if all episodes had been watched, so it will always play the latest episode. Now, when all episodes have been watched, the re-runs for Breast Boobily will play in sequential order. Because of how the updated tracking works, this logic will not come into play right away, but after you've fully watched an episode on the new release.
