Ok so I have the counter agent and have sexed up several quadra dommes but yet the quest still isn't progressing did i do something wrong or is there something else i need to do?

I dont get that option my character is a full egg slut so they auto submit i get no options for diploamacy
Nothing i just auto submit i mention it during the scene but i get this
You lay out Ara’s plan - to bring as many quadommes together so that they may unite, and lobby the U.G.C. for the rights the race needs to avoid being annihilated by the myr or being casually exploited by Xenogen. You do your utmost to stress how important this is for the future of their race, but you can tell the quadomme is barely even listening - just nodding along with a smile, waiting for you to finish. You trail off towards the end, feeling miserable. You didn’t give it justice.
“My!” the quadomme says with a big, toothy beam. “What a fascinating and moving yarn! The future of the bothrioc itself at stake, you say? Ara’s certainly raised their game recently. I, however, know that one altogether too well.” It shifts downwards slightly, so that its huge, gleaming black abdomen moves further into the light.
“But you know what? I’m willing to play along. I’d love to see how they think they are going to get the better of me, and all of our peers. But I do demand payment for my appearance at this summit of theirs. And for your sheer audacity.” The smile drops off of its face, and it looks down at you with naked hunger. “I’m gonna stuff you so full of eggs you aren’t going to be able to remember your own name, catspaw. Then, and only then, will I consider coming.”
That’s fine. That’s more than fair. That’s absolutely wonderful. You smile back happily, allowing that heat you’ve been denying to finally overwhelm you. You love doing your bit for the cause.

Right, ok. Caught the issue then, might be fixed by the next backer's release. Thanks for that.
For now, max out your Intelligence (Syri can do this for you) so you can pass the initial persuasion test. I'm told that will enable you to progress it.
Eh. You have to get fucked to save their tales? Or is it just if your dumb. Kinda make me wanna not bother.
I have problems with this quest, too. My character has full Bothrioc addiction, and when I meet a quadromme, the game utterly fails to notice I'm on the diplomacy quest, despite having talked to Ara about it and gotten the counteragent from Dr. Lessau. The normal scene for auto-submission and egg-stuffing plays out, with no mention whatsoever of the diplomacy stuff.
As mentioned in the bug reports, the intro for the quadomme was not merged into the diplomacy submission scene properly, so that has since been fixed.
