No, but if you find a way to not get egged by her (by perhaps leaving her in her ship) you can birth all the eggs after about six times of coming to term...and thus said womb becomes available for other pregnancies again. You can also just sell the Wulf, buy a second one, bimbofy her again without the Ovilium.
