Bimbo Tech Spec?

I saw Bimbo TechSpecs mentioned in patch notes a while back. How do I get that? Is it a perk you have to achieve, or does it require certain stats, or what?

Like a specific Bimbofication? Badger's, Treatment, etc?
Because the post mentioned bonuses, and a regular bimbo would just be a terrible tech spec because of the losses to int.

Any bimbofication. The loss to int is inconsequential since Bimbo Techs work off Libido, which you can get high easy enough.

Yeah, it's a function of being a bimbo (any kind of bimbo, or at least that's the way it's intended to work - if it doesn't, bug report it), and it just makes bimbos that are tech specialists run their abilities off of libido instead of intelligence. There's no separate perk or the like.

Does it include the Treatment? I like being a cum-cow but it also includes bimbofication (Ditz Speech perk, low int, low wp, high libido).

I already have fairly high libido and find it quite annoying - I must always be aware of lust.
