Apart from Lady Evergreen and the Queen hive, what other scenes actually showcase the champions Bimbo personality? I only ask because I enjoy the scenes with Evergreen and the bee hive but I don't think I've seen many interactions that highlight the champs being Bimbo (obviously if they have the Bimbo personality).

What do you mean by "showcase"? Bimbo alternate dialogue shows up a lot.

In some scenes the champs personality alternates from being Bimbo and intelligent. I think all Kiyoko's scenes before she comes out the orb doesn't correspond with being Bimbo.

Some writers support it more than others. The current document I'm doing has 120 checks for [pc.isBimbo|head empty, heart full|not cum-drunk], and a further 45 for [pc.dcbc|ebil champ|hero champ|bimbo champ|clever champ].

Now that is a truly rare beasty throughout the Act 1 content - or so it seems. Can't recall any instances of it off the top of my head.

In general on the issue of bimbo specific dialogue, I'm with Emily in finding the concept of isolated blurbs somewhat lacking when compared to dedicated bimbo-specific scenes and major scene alterations, ala what TiTS does - admittedly, mostly thanks to having more authors on board that enjoy the fetish themselves, starting with boss-man Fenoxo. When my Champ keeps oscillating between a snarky smart-ass and a bubbly airhead in the course of a single scene it tends to pull me out of the experience, much more so than when other versions of her swap between moustache-twirling evil and mostly good sides. It is also, for me personally at least, rarely enough to endulge the actual bimbo fetish.

That being said, any bimbo content that focuses more on the optimistic, fun and loving side of it and not the vacuous and sex obsessed side is a huge win in my book. So I love your preffered formula of "head empty, heart full" and am really greatful for the bimbo content you have provided so far as well as the content you keep working into the scenes you write.

Ones I've noticed in particular are Brint, Kasyrra, and Etheryn (particularly Etheryn content written by an author who's already posted in the thread). As you've said, you're a lot less likely to find it in Observer content, since they write indirect dialogue. But there's quite a bit of pc.dcb and pc.dcbc in the game already.

It's not as well supported, no. Part of the reason is that some writers don't really know it exists. Another part is that they fold a lot of funny comments into Champ personality instead of basing them on a cunning check. Another part is that sometimes cleverness isn't really necessary in a scene - not as much as sweet and/or horni bimbo or grim, vicious and/or bratty and/or tsuntsun dark knight. Even in my most recent stuff, I use Cunning as a personality relatively sparingly.

Sometimes writers don't make all of the dialogue vary, true enough. It's a lot easier that way, but it 100% can mess with readers' immersion.

I like my champion being intelligent, and also like it when it isn't tied to the Cunning stat, because that creates an artificial limitation on the roleplaying potential for specific classes; so I don't personally find any dissonance between witty behaviour, and optimistic, fun, loving, sex obsessed and bubbly scenes.

I do agree with Burnerbro in that I liked Trials empthasis on scene changes and specific sexual content alterations instead of minor personality quips during conversations (although I do appreciate the omission of degrading/insulting snippet's and connotations on intelligence), there are very few scenes I've encountered that actually seem to actually utilize the bimbo fetish in a stimulating way, or to support sexual encounters.

As the design doc puts it, bimbos are sex addicts with a vapid vocabulary, but are also empathetic and fun-loving. Smart bimbo scenes would lean more on the latter than the former.

Pretty much what Wolf said. Plus in TiTS at least the game makes a point out of stating that the actual intelligence of the bimbofied individuals doesn't change, they just get some kind of very particular programming running on their meatbag computers at all times, re-routing all their brain power towards being sexy and pleasing others. When motivated by prospects of sex and/or fed a steady diet of orgasms, you can have them solving mathematical equations like it's easy. Heck, a quirk in a particular strain of the Treatment can actually lead to the intelligence spiking in relations to certain sexual trigger (in Captain Steele's case it is ingesting cum).

We probably won't ever get any actual stat shifts for bimbos, since the devs are always on the lookout for Champ power spikes, but a variation of Bimbo perk that would allow you to trigger all the smarty-ass dialogue, but with a bimbo twist, is a neat pipe dream.
