I think that there could be a relatively easy way to upgrade the in-game bust. Such as drawing a head, legs, arms, and torso for each race as well as the hair and tails and horns and stuff. and then just code it so that the game can detect whether or not the player character is for example a Gabilani with cow horns and a cow tail. and then make the tits and ass and belly a seperate thing that can grow with a few different arts for each different general size.
