'Bimbo' in TiTS mostly boils down to 'Has Ditz Speech'. It's compatible with everything. You don't need a specific 'build' to fuck everything in sight.
Even if you don't want to become pregnant (or cause pregnancies), I would advise against taking 'Infertile' in character creation. You can buy 3 Sterilex in the first location to do the same thing.
You probably want Energizing Libido.
Do you have something more specific in mind?
If you mean you want to mostly engage in sexual combat, generally you want high Libido and Sexiness. (Unless you took Ice Cold, then you want low Libido and high Sexiness.) You'll still need a way to do physical damage, because some enemies cannot be defeated via Lust.

As I've understood before Ditz Speech my hero will get some other perks. And will have lower intelligence, for example. Is it good for all classes?
