Best Bimbo Tease Build?

Ages ago, literal years, i made a thread asking how to build a OP Bimbo tech who used her cunt instead of her brain now im wondering with all the changes that have been done to the game, what is the most optimal way to maximize a bimbo's inhuman desire/lust and the best class to play as one?
I remember being told Dollmaker -> Cuntnosis -> Treatment -> VR adventure is the best way to maximize it but there was also the issue of the "Easy" perk giving a brutal 20% weakness to tease which i feel would be a killer even with all the lust upgrades, can i get the same result without getting the easy perk?

You can't get to the same maximum, no. You'd need to skip either Dollmaker or Cuntnosis. 175 instead of 190 is still pretty good.
Minimum Lust increases now don't stack linearly. You don't get to ignore Amazonian Needs (20) if you have Treated Readiness anymore, but it's still only 39, so it's not bad.
Edit: Amazonian Needs 40 is 32 with the new scaling.

You'll probably want to increase Exhibitionism, if you weren't already, because it mitigates the penalty of Teasing while Blind. Note: Transparent underwear is currently bugged to not count when calculating Exhibitionism loss over time.

Class might depend on if you're also dumping Intelligence and if you're using Tease Weapons.
Smuggler:
Supposedly, Teasing while Invisible gets a penalty, but I didn't see a difference when testing it just now.
Passive Evasion is now capped at 50%, instead of 90%, so you'll want to invest in other defenses once you've hit it.
I don't know if Bimbo Intelligence is factored into Sneak Attack/Aimed Shot. I don't think it is.
Can use Quickdraw to swap weapons without penalty when fighting something immune to Tease.

Tech Specialist:
I haven't tested High Libido, Low Intelligence Tech Specialists, so I'm not sure how effective they are.
Teasing is more effective vs a Paralyzed target, but if you're dumping Intelligence, you may have trouble landing Paralyzing Shock.
Dumb4Cum got nerfed to +1/Level. It's also bugged to not properly decrease Intelligence and just keeps adding, though effective Intelligence is capped.
Can Overcharge the Slut Rays. Regen Shields if the Heavy Slut Ray's Stun kicks in (Level 10+).

Mercenary:
Least dependent on Intelligence.
Can do silly things with the Slut Rays.

I think Faux-Cow Treatment is the best for Tease-based builds, as:

• It grants Inhuman Desire +40 without increasing Minimum Lust
• It's possible to avoid all the detrimental perks - just don't get cumflated in the last few days
• It grants Innocent Allure, which increases Sexiness by 5 and causes Tease attacks to Stagger the target for a few turns

I'm pretty sure the only combat-helpful perks it doesn't grant you that at least one other variant does are:

• Fuck Sense, which can be gained through other means (namely, the Doll Maker; some save-scumming may be necessary)
• Panic Ejaculation, which is useful to help escape binds but has no offencive value
• Pheromone Cloud, which grants +4 Pheromone score, but that's not as powerful as Innocent Allure's +5 Sexiness

Speaking of, you'll also want at least one pheromone perk, preferably as many as you can get:

• Jungle Queen Scent from Amazona (+4)
• Alpha Scent from Lupinol (+4)
• Musky Pheromones from Laquine Ears or Lion-O's/Lion-Pro's (+5) (it's easier to get from Lion-O's)
• Sweet Sweat from I forgot what (an item of the same name, maybe?), though it only works when you're sweating; IIRC, enemies are more likely to dislike sweat than like it, so YMMV on if it's worth it.

Sexy Thinking (bimbo/amazon) comes to mind, but I don't know how helpful it might be, as I've never put myself in a position to take advantage of it.

Ah, I forgot about that. It can also be gained through bothrioc oil addiction's 50-99 TFs, though since you can't drop below 50 once you get above it, YMMV on if it's worth it (for me, that's a hard no). It boosts Sexiness by 0 to 6 based on Intelligence and Willpower, but maxing that requires having both of them below 12.5% max, which leaves you weak to tease attacks and most psionics, and disadvantages you in quite a few non-combat situations. Overall, I still think Innocent Allure is the better perk.

As a brief addition, it looks like faux-cows do get Fuck Sense. I did just now - and kept going to be certain it was actually faux-cow treatment.
