Being a Kitsune & Kas

How come becoming a Kitsune permanently locks Kas to a rival relationship and disables her romance? Is it because of the soul linking to Keros? If so, will there be a way in the future that I can be romantic with Kas later in the game/updates?

It's because she wants your soul for her own purposes: soul-binding means she can no longer obtain it from you (she'd have to go through the god(dess) you sold it to, and they're not going to say "yes" if she asks), so she gets pretty upset if you do that.

Gotcha, that makes sense. I had a strong feeling, and frankly should of guessed, that it was because of the soul stuff. Thank you!
