After defeating the Behemoth during the Harboring a Fugitive quest, I'm not receiving an option to drag him back to the Wayfort. I also went and checked at the wayfort afterwards, and he's not there.

I remember having to speak to Taldahs about that.

Yeah Taldahs needs to be spoken to first before you can actually get the Behemoth's Wayfort stuff.
