Been Trying Treatment Options - They don't seem to fit the wikia

Based upon the treatment option's lists of options I wonder... are there hidden variables that your character has to have which influence your eventual 'path'?
Because I've followed all 3 paths (male, female & sexless & the numbers seem off. For example I tried going and getting female parts & out of the 100 or so attempts I've done with varying fem & so on... I've gotten #1 Cum-Cow about 90+ times. Despite it showing only a 20% chance for it. I've been getting the 'wrong' variant most of the time across all tests, so wondering if there's some hidden stat(s) to think about.

The trick is to turn on cheats and use them to force a specific variant. Otherwise pray to rngesus.

I haven't seen where cheats are since returning with this new format to the U.I. and everything... I just remember it working on an old laptop years ago... But I've done the work for it, CHANGED so many aspects to accord with the Wikia 'variables/stats' and nothing worked - 20% chance became 85-90% of results.

Cheats have been adjusted for the JS version. Load up a save, then go back into the main menu and click the dot in the i in TiTs a few times, then go to options.

I don't think the Wiki has been updated in YEARS, anyway. There's a ton of information just missing from it or that is incredibly outdated.
