Since it only changes Horns if you have 1, does it only change Unicorn/Narwhal/Rhino horns? I can see an argument for letting you keep other Horn types.

How many changes per use? More means fewer to max out, fewer means it's more controllable.

Should it have a blurb for Feather skin?

Proposed Sub-Race: Fairy Dragon (Dragon + Butterfly/(Dark) Sylvan Wings).

What is the condition for Dragon Wings? For that matter, you have a description for the Wings, but not anything for actually growing them.

Are your descriptions meant to replace the existing ones?

For that matter, you have a description for the Wings, but not anything for actually growing them.

Also specified how many TFs it can give you at once, note to self: go back and add that to the other submitted TFs.

The wasn't meant to change the item in any way, just add a sub-race that I'm pretty sure would be in-demand.
It's OK, I'll just as Jaquess00. He's generally pretty amenable to adding sub-races

They're not exactly the same as the ones already in the code. For example, the existing Tail is 'thin', yours is 'thick'.
