Backer status not working

Hello, I have recently become a backer of 10 dollars a month however i am still unable to go to the backer allowed areas like candania and Zeng Shi. im logged in but im still not able to go to those areas. Any solutions?

Just to make sure, you did tether the blog profile with your patreon account right? It should say:

Associated with Patreon account.
Pledged for $10 per month.

Make sure you're playing it from the Backers Builds tab and not the Play tab.
