[BACKER#1709] Changing Vending Machine Description

When on the buy screen of the vending machine on Uverto station, the description text changes between "You go over to the dispenser..." and "You walk over to the dispenser..." every 6-7 minutes.

Don't ask me why I've been sitting in front of a vending machine for so long.

[pc.move] parser is likely used, and it will generate appropriate verbs randomly whenever the game pulls up the description.

I don't really see how this is a bug.
