Fixed Azra Myrellion Expedition Bug

I recently tried talking to Azra about kicking off an expedition on Myrellion, and she gave me the following:

until I did the talk with her on myrellion which pushed things forward, but

Spoiler: the dialouge implies we had discussed the topic before,

when I know for a fact that we hadnt, hence why im making this bug report.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. I reworded "As soon as you mentioned" to "As soon as I saw" as it is assumed she started her preparations while the ship was traveling to the location--be it if Steele mentions it to her off screen or another way.

Awesome, thank you! You might wanna double check the other expeditions too to be thorough. I'll let you know if I come across the same thing when I get around to doing those.
