Apart from the weird sentence, I just read in the patchnotes that her balls should get permanently embiggened during that scene. Her appearance description definitely doesn't get updated.
Hopefully fixed for the next release. Possibly a typo, adjusted for clarity. If her appearance screen isn't accounting for the size change in the current patch, the next one should.
