Automatic Corruption Loss Not Working [0.6.32]

As per usual, I started a new playthrough in the current version, and have noticed a pretty big bug. The PCs corruption is supposed to automatically go down over time if it is below 75 according to the wiki, but it's been at least ten in-game days since anything else should have affected it yet it remains at 33.
