Get a cocktail and have Celise on your ship. That's been there for a while, though it's kinda underwhelming for a cocktail masturbation scene.
I read the fucking thread. What i was asking is if what Jac was talking about made it into the latest public build as I wasn't able to get the flexible perk when dicking around with catnip.
It is in the code. You have to have feline ears, a feline tail, feline arms and feline legs specifically to get the proc.

Naw, son. I tested myself last night, got to a point I couldn't even use it anymore, no perk proc.
After the character attains a feline tail(s), legs, arms and ears, there is a 1/4 chance that they will gain the Flexibility perk. I did not realize that the item is no longer useable after attaining all the parts, so I will remove the 1/4 chance. For the moment, if you really want the perk, you will need to do some body part swapping and hope the RNG is in your favor.
Is Auto fellatio all that the flexibility perk is involved with? I am wondering because, despite Fenoxo's insistence of no racial combat perks, the original COC flexibility perk added an evasion buff. There are other transformation/racial/mod perks with TITS that do have an impact on combat, even though all of them are passive.
Yes. As to certain TF's having benefits, they are minimal at best and can be outclassed by just about anything. The "no racial bonus" shift was to allow any combination of traits to stand on equal footing unlike in CoC where everyone would go for the kitsunes for their spells and perks, as an example.
