So in previous updates, it was basically made so that in order to remove soreness you either had to-
1: Eat at a bar
2: Go to Bianca
3: Rest
4: Sleep
Though I've recently found that with the Augment Weave Armor, you can cheese having to do any of these in order to grind out stats, this isn't a huge issue per se, as not only is Augment Weave Armor a late-game item, it is also a rare item. For some odd reason, Augment Weave Armor appears to cut down resting more than it should be, removing one stack of soreness every time you wait for 5 minutes, and so resulting in you being back in near-perfect shape after spamming 5 minutes of wait time while wearing the armor. Aside from the Arbetz Travel Agency, there's not much use one can get out of this exploit, as Arbetz is the only one place in the game that will quickly physique train you without touching your tone and thickness stats; though unlike New Texas' gym will force you to stop training once you become sore instead of worn out. There is no way to lose the soreness besides the above-listed options, so this exploit gives Arbetz a lot more relevance.
