As you fall to corruption, when would it start really affecting your decisions, lore wise?

Gameplay wise we have a scale of 0-100 with, 0-24 being Pure, 25-74 being Tainted and 75-99 being Corrupted - 100 being right at the edge of Demonhood.

I know we have various corruption dialogue at different places within both the Tainted and Corrupted part of the scale, but where would it really start affecting your character when you are still considered Tainted? We know once you hit Corrupted you are Dark Knight status so that's the drastic and hard to resolve change. But where on the scale would you say you start making corrupted decisions... like at what point in Tainted would you willingly corrupt Milly for example? When would fucking demons and imps not bother the champion?

Kind of wonder what the dev's standpoint on that is. I like the idea of being Tainted so the champion is still mostly themselves, but willing to do corrupted things, but kind of have little interest in the Dark Knight dialogue.

I think of it as more of a reversed sort of situation. When the PC starts out, they are mostly not corrupted (barring Kasyrra), because they haven't really done anything. Yet, everytime they take a corrupt action, their corruption increases. It's less, they are x corrupt and will now take y action, but more of they have taken y action and are now x corrupt.

Corrupt actions that massively increase your corruption are fairly easy to do. Increasing the corruption by 50 can be done with one action, but decreasing your corruption is much harder. There is perhaps, in total, about 50 corruption the PC can burn off through their actions alone.
