Arona + Ryn bathhouse not triggering

Female character tried with and with out ghost light on

Possibly it's related to her confidence or libido? Or there's some other action/requirement. My well-established Champ (Ryn is confident and free of cage) shows her and Arona.
My dark knight who hasn't freed her yet and kept her submissive is not showing her. So it is probably one of those factors.
