oh that would explain my confusion.
i had an orc pregnancy (Gwyn told me through examination)
and i had 4-5 mino kids already, i gave birth and no orcs arrived, i did however seem to have 6 mino kids now.
now granted i might remember wrong. As i didn't think much of it. But seeing this thread made me think about it.

As far as I can tell, this isn't actually happening, at least not when I tried with your save. Might have been a bug that's since been fixed?
