I found all the quadommes, including the last one. She wanted me to give her a transformative before agreeing to the summit, I went and got it, then came back to the caves and I can't find her now. I've done laps around the place and she doesn't appear so I can't finish the quest.

Thanks. WIll take a look when I get a chance. There are a lot of flags in this quest so a save helps immensely to see what is happening.
Fixed. One of the flags was not being handled properly after the conversion. Fei An should now appear at the topmost web once you have the TF.
