Will your characters appearance slowly change when interacting (having sex) with other creatures in later versions? ie if you fuck a minotaur enough times your genitals change to match.

I wouldn't hold my breath for that. You can customize what you want your Champion to look like with careful alchemy (reducing the amount of praying to the God of Random Numbers to a comfortable minimum) and a lot of people would probably be annoyed if they were penalized for having too much sex with a transformation they don't want. That and aside from the limited existing cases of willing sex with corrupted individuals (which the game will warn you about) there isn't really a story justification for it.
I don't even remember the corrupted centaur scene haha, and I am sad that they would not implement such a thing, I feel the changes your character could go through is very static and abrupt, it doesn't flow into the narrative and gameplay as it could, at this point in time your character only changes "cos I feel like changing" imagine your characters virility, fertility, masculinity and femininity increase or decrease depending on what type of sex they have, or slow gradual changes that you could stop if you want by taking your races plant or alchemical version depending on where the change is happening. and I don't just mean 'have sex with one Minotaur and you now have hooves but it would take time with the game could have a background tally of every race you have sex with and say after -certain number- of times you have had sex with a certain one of those creatures either a random change happens or a change happens depending on what type of sex you had at the time, and then all the tallies drop back to 0. -reads new post as I am typing this- gotta have to check out Flexible Survival 
No. Save for bad ends, all transformations will be signposted, if not outright consensual. People spend plenty of time making their perfect personas in our game and then never bother touching the transformation system again. The entire point of the alchemy system is to give players more control over their personas and allow them to build them the way they want. Surprise, nonconsensual transformations will never be a part of this game.
Forced TFs are only fun if they're the thing you're into. If they're not, they're actually a boner-killing, frustration-inducing nuisance that you then have to spend god knows how long rectifying. What you described is actually worse than most because it's not just forced TFing, it's TFing that would happen just for playing other, normal content. I can't even begin to imagine how annoying that would be. You should never be penalized for just playing the game.
I like to fantasize about forced tfs. What I don’t like is getting a TF that squicks me out badly (shudders at forced slime or a random “turn into someone’s dick” tfw ai’ve come across elsewhere) and/or ruins a previous one that was super hard to get. So unfortunately, there won’t be legit “forced tfs”. Anything you’d pick up from, say having sex with (e.g. the Centaur Pack Leader or the Hornet Queen) would come with a warning somewhere, whether in the tooltip or clearly hinted at in the dialogue.
That said, I wouldn’t be against more sexually transmitted transformations like Kassyra’s Halloween event one. In fact, I would love for random Kassyra encounters to be a way to get demonic tfs in the future.
I figured it could be done as an option you could implement like the "Silly Mode" or "Buttslut mode" something you could turn on if you like the idea of forced tfs

I think they meant as a separate option in the same vein as, but independent of, Silly and Buttslut Modes.
Time and effort that could be better spent elsewhere on more important content and systems. Something like that is the core premise of a game, not something tacked on half-heartedly onto existing systems
