There was an adult game I played once where you were a guy in your room, and you could use a telescope to look around and spy on people in there rooms, does anyone remember what it was called? I can't find it again :S

Nah not that one, it had much more Voyeur in it than that game, and is older, unfortunately I don't have more info, I think I might be outta luck with finding this one again

Could be Summertime Saga, the protagonist has a telescope in his room although its not the focus of the game.
