I downloaded a game previously but never played it and got a new pc since, it was a 3d games and apparently you were playing as some sort of insect or something, and had to crawl up the body of a naked woman. I know at the start there was really loud metal music, but that's about all i can remember, any idea what it is?

Why not use your internet search? I mean it shouldn't be that hard to find it if you type the right keywords.
Use the FenForum search bar in the upper right corner of your browser. Click the box that says "Search titles only" and if necessary uncheck the box that says "Search this forum only". Write "Epidemy" in the search bar and press the enter key on your keyboard. It should be the only result.
