I Remember one of the idclev cheats it was "debugroom3" or something close may have also been case sensitive can't really remember. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming you mean for the JavaScript version: idclev is redundant to/included in the cheat menu (load game, click "i" in "TiTS" three times, go to Options), which has a built-in teleporter function, and there's no way at all to access impulse or replicate its effects (unless you can do it in the browser's console, but I don't know how to do that or if it's even possible).
I'm using the flash Emulator, I used to have to Full list thus. ARubberHose something close was an impulse ID as for idcleve "DEBUG3" is the only one I remember just don't use it til you find the ship converter or you'll be stuck
