Anyone else get Poe A multiple times?

I don't mean in succession/in the same file! I'm talking in different files. at random, more than once a year. I now know how to use cheats, but I don't want to deal with other holiday events for Halloween.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking here. You can get an invite to Poe A outside Halloween, albeit at a 1% chance each midnight instead of 100%. There's also two different invites, which lead to two very different experiences, both of which can be received and experienced by the same save file. Finally, the invitations are tracked separately for each save, so of course you'll receive the same invite on multiple different save files, so long as those files have not previously received the invite.
