Got pregnant again, only to find out that the pregnancy time is 100+ days. Apart from waiting out that time in the maternity ward, is there just any to avoid going through that time?

If you don't wanna go through pregnancies, either mod your gestation time way low, or become infertile. No way to get rid of your current pregnancy though.
More specifically:
Incubation Speed
8 Motherhusk (dropped from any enemy on Tarkus if you have a vagina) will increase to 700%, but also give you 5 Taint each for 40 total Taint.
Laquine Ears can give up to 1000% (10x faster). Each use causes 1 effect every 5 hours over 24 hours (so 4 total), and you can get the maximum bonus with 1 use (200%/400%/800%/1000%) if you save-scum (save before an effect, reload if you don't get what you want).
Infertile
Sterilex. Either x3 (for a perk that prevents pregnancy until removed) or before sex/once a day. The 'removing your genitals and regrowing them' text is scary, but all you really need to restore your fertility is 1 dose of Fertite+. However, it won't do anything while you're pregnant.

There's just something so absurd about wanting to abort a video game baby that it genuinely made me laugh out loud.
Y'know, this made me realize....why wouldn't they have something that transplants babies from one host to another? It's the future, and it's already possible to put a living but unimplanted zygote into a willing host. Why can't there be something similar to transplant a zygote or embryo into a willing person? Maybe, say, on Breedwell, there could be a way to extract the zygote/embryo into another person? Sure, you won't be involved in the baby anymore, but I assume that that's the point of anyone wanting to do so. It's the future, I'm sure there's at least the possibility of something like this being feasible.

The option to remove pregnancy can lead to more fucking and fighting for those who have a distaste for pregnancy.
I'm totally down with the fucking and fighting portion of the game but ignorance should be harshly punished.
It's really difficult to have an unwanted pregnancy in this game, and even then it's an eggnancy, which I think you do have an option to get rid of. I personally have never had a pregnancy, and my character is fertile.
Just reload a save, lmao.
Seriously, not only are there speed modifiers, an item, AND a seasonal event that you can use for all of those, but you can also just run around with Sterilex and get birth-proofed by Lash. The game very much gives you every opportunity to avoid becoming pregnant, and technically speaking, you can also just reload a save state to avoid the pregnancy to begin with.

I made my character OP to make sure i would have no noncon pregnancies only to get tentacle raped by an egg because i forgot to trash it and the game lacks a basic abortion option. didnt think medieval sensibilities would be something i would find in my porn game. I naívely tried the "maternity" button hoping it would not stick that tentacle rape baby in the nursery register with my characters actual wanted babies but nah lets just have a literal rape tentacle monster baby next to my characters named, loved babies. as retarded as i am for getting upset at this it is dwarfed by fennox for not putting a basic abortion mechanic in game when they also put tentacle rape eggs in said game
Yeah, the common argument to that is 'save scum it out of existence', but imo it feels even weirder that they don't do this in the first place because there's clearly options with other pregnancies. Bothrioc for example you can just dump the eggs back off at Myrellion if you don't want them at the nursery, but ONLY if you're at Myrellion. Then there are the parasitic tails, which give you the option to put them in the nursery... and also, btw just drop them off at any location you want with 0 consequences, because surely dumping cockvines and cuntsnakes everywhere will have absolutely no minors get scarred. Especially Aurora on Tarkus, who was originally supposed to be dead in the Tarkus destruction, and can still technically get infected by a sneaky cockvine/cuntsnake that happened to have been born recently and got into her shop.
The game is simultaneously dark and not dark when the writers decide to just make shit lighter or not lighter. Like, you can destroy three entire civilizations(with 100% conscious choice) in this game, but apparently humanoid murder(which you get to do five times directly and once indirectly but still at fault for) is an absolute sin, and sometimes fucking your way gives you hard alignment boosts(knocking out Tam, Syri 1st time Up The Pussy without ass fucking) rather than literally turning people into bimbos/killing people. Let the Steeles cross a line atp, I say, give us some real character expression on the frontier. We're already implied to be able to kill/rape our rival at the end of the game now, might as well start creating content that allows us to do more than enslave some random snake-person whose quest doesn't actually lock us into the hard alignment.
