My current PC crapped out on me, so Im wondering if its at all possible to A: download and play this without the web browser, and B: is there a way for me to use mods with this?
Any way to do stuff with a Surface 2?

Download links on the blog page aren't there to just look pretty. Click. Save somewhere (onto a portable device if necessary). Done. If you meant downloading without the net then I don't think so. But you can always head into an internet cafe to do it or something. Then it's saved to play offline.
I should've rephrased my words there, what I meant to say is: Is a Surface 2 compatible? It works fine with the web browser, but It doesn't look like it will work when I download it. I have tried, and unless theres a specific thing I need to do, it doesn't look like it is.
