I'll do mybest to provide one (Since I'm constantly stopping an' starting save files). How do I do that in the first place (the Save File thing)?

Save to File, then 'Attach files' button in the lower-left corner of the box here on the forum.

It would be preferable, but not required. Just need the save file to see how the variables are in your save so I can account for it when I check.

As addressed above, it would be helpful if there is an attached save file or some sample text from where the issue occurs.

Thank you. Hopefully fixed for the next release. There should be some extra weighting for determining if a character is human (human score at or over 80%), so half-races should now be properly judged, even if their human score is the top score (like in your case).
